Clients’ boxes and files are data tracked by our bespoke, real-time barcode system that allows us to quickly locate each and every box or file in our facility. Our fire and security systems are extensive and comply with all current regulations. The facility is racked and fully equipped to store archive files, palletised goods and large items.
We can offer a full uplift service including experienced warehouse and porterage staff to collect, catalogue and transport your boxed or unboxed files, book onto our system and provide you with a complete catalogue detailing archive files in store. Our fixed box rates mean that you pay no picking or delivery costs, the costs agreed are per box per year – no hidden extras!
We can also offer a bespoke profile for your storage, mixing deep archive rates with self-collect or inclusive delivered rates to keep your costs to a minimum.

Archive storage options:
Dormant: This is the best option if you do not require access to your storage at any time. We store your boxes for a period of one year or more. If an unforeseen emergency does arise we can arrange access at a small fee.
Self Collect: Access your boxes during the storage period by calling us before 12.00noon identifying which boxes/files you require and we can have these files ready for the same day.
Delivered/Collected: Give us 4 hours notice and identify the boxes/files you wish to access and we will either deliver the boxes to your premises and collect them when you have finished, or put them in a private meeting room with telephone available at a pre-arranged time. Storage rates vary according to the total number of boxes stored and the access option selected.

Storage Bays: For storage of various articles, rental period is a minimum of one month and thereafter in units of one month with a one-week notice period for removal of articles.
Other Storage: Tell us what you want to store and for how long and we will be happy to arrange a package specific to your needs.
Electronic Archive Solutions
The bulk of your paper-based retained documents can now be archived directly to your network.
Using our multi-function devices and server units your documents can be scanned and stored or electronically filed for retrieval at a later date. These files or individual documents can be retrieved, viewed and restored at the touch of a key. Your back archive and historical files can be stored in our secure facility. You can email a request for files where our warehouse operatives will select, scan and email your requested files or documents direct to your pc or laptop anywhere in the world.
